A pair of three-set victories in doubles play were key in the win over Lakers (2-1). The No. 3 doubles tandem of Jamie Turner and Shante Leet rallied from a 2-6 loss in the opening set to squeeze out 7-5, 7-5 wins in the next two sets to claim the match. At No. 2 doubles, the ÔSkins' Jonathan DeKam and Kory McGuire, after splitting the first two sets (6-4, 3-6), ran away with a 6-1 win in the third and deciding set.

Bob Irland and Tyler Coats won singles matches for Sandusky, which also won No. 4 doubles by default.
